Directions

The check in office is located at the corner of Lakeside and McCarran Boulevard - From Reno International Airport: Exit airport onto Plumb Lane. Proceed approximately two miles to Lakeside Drive. Turn left onto Lakeside Drive. The check-in building is on the corner of Lakeside and McCarran Boulevard. As you turn into the driveway the office is the tan building with French doors.

Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
Reservations cancelled 72 hours or less prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of one night's stay, including tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges. A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
A credit card imprint is required at time of check-in for telephone and any other incidental charges that may be incurred.

Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.
